Nothing against this branch, but the corporate side of this bank, specifically customer service absolutely is horrendous, called to get a copy of my payments made to my mortgage that is now paid...

Horrible customer service, didn't feel welcome at all other then the security at the entrance and A young guy teller. Walked in and was instantly greeted like I was in the wrong house....
