Crispy crust great flavor( 72 hour fermentation time). Excellent sauce not too salty not too sweet. Excellent acidity. Definitely great price and the toppings slices as well are not overpriced!!...

Sourdough crust pizzas are all the rage. The lines at l'industrie wrap around the block, so it was inevitable that similar spots popped up. This is one of them. No lines and very similar flavor....

Came back for other options and wasn't disappointed! The broken burratta might be my favorite so far. Take a lactaid before and after if you're lactose. The truffle pizza was good but a bit salty...
