The parking situation isn't the greatest, but it's New York City, so I get it. Having to pay $800 for parking is not ideal for my seven-day stay. The room itself was immaculate and well-organized....

Located next to Penn Station and Madison Square Garden and convenient to see many other midtown attractions....especially for the holiday season. We stayed on the 18th floor (of 23) and views...

Stayed here for a week for work and it was $4k+ for a crappy outdated little room. Daily breakfast was stale and sad. The whole thing was sad. But location was good, right across from Penn station...

The front desk staff was very nice and warm when greeting/checking us in! loved the manager's energy! It was a lil crazy in there due to it being two days before NYE in New York. The only downside...

Main complaint I guess had to do with housekeeping...perhaps they hadn't finished with my room? Missing shampoo, some makeup smears of a previous customer on the toilet and alongside the sink...
