Coming from a night shift I booked a reservation the morning of got to the location before 12 to meet someone at the counter who then told me all they had was pick up trucks, which I did not need....

Employees don't inform you of what you need to bring when coming to pick up your car meaning I didn't have the ability to rent the car when I was in dire need. The staff there didn't seem to care...
