The CP Family Health Care Center maintains locations in St. Lawrence, Clinton and Franklin counties in New York. The center provides orthopedic evaluation and diagnosis for children, as well as medication management and foot care services. In addition, the association offers day and residential habilitation solutions. The Cerebral Palsy Association of the North Country provides waiver respite and individualized support services.
