I have called Empire several times to come and replace my carpet that I was recommended to get for my puppy. This carpet sheds constantly more then my dog. Nothing has been done to correct this...

This is the worst carpet company in the nation - --100% unreliable show up when they please awful customer service. Bad quality, price and customer service a trifecta . Use them at your own risk !
