With a mix of Strength Training, and Cardio Endurance in each session and/or class, we will work together to achieve your fitness goals. My goal is to assist and encourage individuals to Keep Moving! I offer Private Sessions, Group Sessions, and travel to clients, organizations, companies and Higher Education locations.
