History

The road to becoming a complete pressure washing service all started for Elegant Estates in 1996 when I graduated from our local Lansing High School. During my high school years, I had a job working for the well known Rose Inn just minutes from my house. It was a groundskeeping gig that included installing landscaping, paver patios, and walkways. It was then that I realized what I wanted to pursue as a career. After high school, I went on to further my education at the State University of New York at Morrisville where I studied landscape design and construction. I continued that education back home at Cornell University where I majored in Plant Science and minored in Business. After installing premier paver backyard living spaces for 20 years, we had invested in the tools and equipment to maintain those spaces. We are now well equipped and specialize in cleaning of all of our clients exterior surfaces.

Specialties

We offer pressure wash, soft wash, and paver revitalization to residential and commercial properties. We have professional equipment and quality detergents that will handle even the toughest of stains. After more than two decades of installing beautiful backyard patios and outdoor living spaces, we have shifted our focus to another desperate homeowner need - the cleaning and maintenance of those areas by way of a qualified pressure washing service. We set our sights on building out our custom cleaning equipment in order to service hundreds of our past and current clients. That journey of equipment design, construction, and staff training has led us all over America to make sure we have the best equipment and best training to handle all of your wash needs.
