Always a pleasure seeing the staff and eating at El Bambu. We love the new specialities added to the menu. It's a cheerful ambiance with bright colors from Guatemala. My favorite place in Peekskill.

Such a lovely little restaurant with the sweetest staff. We had papusas and a fajita platter and horchata. Food was delicious, and the waitresses were so nice and loved playing with our kids....
