Safe Harbor Behavioral Health is a private, nonprofit human service agency, established in 1993. It provides intensive outpatient psychiatric services to individuals diagnosed with serious mental illnesses; and 24-hour crisis intervention to individuals, experiencing a disturbance of mood, thought, emotion, behavior and social functioning. Safe Harbor Behavioral Health provides three primary services, including crisis, outpatient and wrap around. Its crisis service includes patients suffering from suicidal tendency, bereavement, family discord, situational stressors and substance abuse.
