Service is good. You can definitely expect to get fast. It's faster than most places in the terminal as far as getting what you order by the time the ferry opens if you're ordering last minute....

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Asked them for an iced cocoa mocha signature latte with skim milk and asked for it to be decaf. Got my latte and it tasted like disgusting bitter...
