Just horrendously disorganized and sloooow. If you're gonna even risk going, you have to do the mobile pick-up. And even that is a mess. Been twice and both times the wait for 1 coffee was 15...

Updated in May 2025: still the slowest on the upper east side. Completely inept. Glacial pacing for even a basic item.

Service isn't the greatest, takes a long time to prepare even when you do a mobile order. Majority of the time the drinks are unfortunately watered down.
