History

I've had a lifelong interest in nutrition but I came to holistic health and coaching after years of struggling with a myriad of medical problems. My own issues became overwhelming both physically and emotionally and I was unable to solve them with conventional means. I was desperate for relief. Over time I discovered, through research and experimenting with my own body, that most of my health problems were directly linked to poor nutritional and lifestyle choices. By incorporating relatively simple changes to my diet and holistic modalities I've been able to heal myself, increase my energy and vitality and lose weight without any restrictive dieting practices or extreme exercise.
