The beauty of central New York is exemplified at this unique Winery destination. Colloca Estate Winery is set upon over 100 acres with 900 feet of unobstructed waterfront on Little Sodus Bay, an inlet of the Great Lake Ontario in the resort village of Fair Haven, New York. Guests of the property can arrive by land or by sea and visit the Tasting Room to sample ten of the award-winning wines and enjoy cheese and charcuterie platters, and a culinary selection warm panini sandwiches. Visitors are also welcome to buy a glass of wine or a bottle and enjoy the stunning views as you stroll the property. Seasonally, the adjacent outdoor WINE BAR provides full bar service including Colloca wines, craft beers, ciders and specialty cocktails. The adjacent WOOD FIRED KITCHEN serves wood fired pizzas and wings along with a full restaurant menu. Estate Tours are also available by appointment.
