The eye examiner was great but the women at the sales desk were horrible. I told them that I was a senior citizen on a fixed income and my only requirement was rimless. They showed me some frames...

Cohens wrote the wrong date on my prescription for contacts. 800contacts.com wouldn't accept the prescription because the wrong date meant it was expired. Wasted a week of my time. Had to go back...
