Good experiences so far making deposits at the ATM here. Haven't used a teller yet. The place is clean. Really like that I can make a deposit at any time and not just during regular banking hours.

I have called this branch directly at different times of day on 3 different days, numerous times, and the call always rings about 4 times and then defaults to the main 800#. You can never reach...

This is the worst citi branch you wait for about 1 hr and a half the minimum and the reps have the worker attitudes never again will I go here I don't recommend this branch to anyone.
