A family owned business started in 1989. Capital Costumes has evolved from a primarily costume store that provided pieces to schools and theater productions, to a long time Halloween shop for all ages, and later combining with the owners second store Vintage, to create a unique and interesting combination of antique and vintage pieces including clothing, furniture, jewelry and more, along with costumes and accessories.
