I used this bus service in March 2015 to travel from NYC to Cincinnati, and then back. It's hard to complain about anything when, you truly get what you pay for ($60 each way) with this service....

Took this home to Ohio on Sat 7/12. About 15 people total. Plenty of space to lay out. Actually fell asleep for the first time. Got into Cincinnati 45 minutes early too.
