We want to make your wine experiences enjoyable and rewarding, whether you're purchasing a bottle for dinner or a gift, choosing that special occasion bottle or looking for wines to cellar for the years ahead. Our staff is dedicated to giving you personalized attention and the best possible advice on wines that suit your particular palate and needs. We opened our doors in 1988 in a shoe box sized store in the West Village, catering to Burgundy collectors around the country. In September 2002, we moved to our new store at 143 West 26th Street, so we would have the space to invite you in to visit, browse, taste and learn more about the wines we offer. We know that finding a wine you're sure to like, regardless of its origins, is like navigating your way through a foreign country without a road map. French wines can be especially difficult since the labels often require some level of knowledge or expertise. But there are delights and treasures to be found on the wine route on well traveled roads and in little known villages. If you're willing to explore, we would like to be your guide.
