Dr. Julie Tobak is a board certified Gastroenterologist with more than 14 years of experience. She is an expert in colonoscopy and endoscopy, and is involved with all clinical areas of her specialty. Dr. Tobak graduated from Mount Sinai School of Medicine with honors and completed her internship, residency, and fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology.Dr. Tobak is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center’s Division of Clinical Practice & Digestive and Liver Diseases. She works as a Gastroenterologist with ColumbiaDoctors, the faculty practice of Columbia University Medical Center, and sees patients at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Westchester.Dr. Tobak is a proud member of several medical associations and organizations, including: the American Gastroenterological Association, the American College of Physicians, and the New York Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. Deborah Finkelstein, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center’s Division of Clinical Practice. She works as an internist with ColumbiaDoctors, the faculty practice of Columbia University Medical Center, and sees patients at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Westchester.She has nearly two decades of experience providing primary care in New York City and Westchester County and is dedicated to practicing with a compassionate, humanistic and patient-focused approach.Dr. Finkelstein graduated from New York University School of Medicine, and completed her internship and residency in the Primary Care Program of Montefiore Medical Center where she also served as Chief Resident of the Primary Care and Social Medicine programs. She has received NCQA’s Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition Award.Dr. Finkelstein is board certified in Internal Medicine.

Dr. Rohit Gupta is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Digestive and Liver Diseases at Columbia University Medical. He graduated from the Touro New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2015. Completed his Residency at the Woodhull Hospital where he became the Chief Resident. He then completed his Fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatobiliary Disease at the Metropolitan Hospital in 2021 as a Chief Fellow as well. He has also taught GI Fellows at both Woodhull and Metropolitan Hospital. Dr. Gupta is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine since 2018. He has been recognized by the American College of Gastroenterology by becoming a SCOPY Awards recipient. He is an active member of the American College of Physicians. He specializes in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. Dr. Gupta is accepting new patients at his Scarsdale and Mt. Vernon offices.
