Bottini Fuel

I have advocated as positive as I can for Bottini while not lowering my score for them, however yesterday this weekend was not necessary. As a customer I am on a fixed payment plan and locked in...

I had Depew for 12 years and never ran out of fuel once. I now have Bottini for a year for oil service and have run out of oil twice. Never again. Never again. Going back to Depew.

1/03/26 service calls suck called 8:45 saturday no heat waited on phone till 9:30 for a person reported no heat. Its now 8 am sunday still no tech. here yet,It is 22 degress outside.

Beware, furnace went out on a Sunday, had to order part. Came on Monday to fix - 2 weeks later, furnace out on Saturday, can't fix until Monday. 2 days without heat when the low will be 27....
