The place is clean but not too well thought of. The seating space is too close to the register area. I feel that maybe some coffee decor/products for sale should be relocated and push that table...

Pros: the Melbourne beeline tea is bitter in a really good way. My friend got an avocado toast and an iced coffee. Clean. Close to our hotel. Cons: service was Grumpy.
