Our group classes will also allow your dog to improve their social skills with other people and dogs. We have classes that accommodate puppies under the age of 4 months. Let your dog play and learn at daycare while you're away. As the original Syracuse doggy daycare center, we have always evolved with our pet owner's needs. All dogs will spend their day playing and interacting with staff and other dogs. Packages are available for multi-dog families. All daycare sessions incorporate the positive reinforcement methods we use in training. The idea for Blue Prints Dog Studio came in 2000 and was a service new to the area of Syracuse. Our philosophy is to emphasize the importance of positive reinforcement and proper socialization to shape the behavior of your dog. We integrate this philosophy into both our training classes and daycare services. In 2002, the business was sold and expanded to fit the needs of dog owners. As the positive reinforcement training method grew amongst pet owners, Blue Prints Dog Studio had to grow. We added more training classes and expanded our training facility to accommodate the demand for daycare services. In 2006, the business' ownership changed again and continued to grow. As the business has grown, the philosophy has stayed the same. Training at Blue Prints Dog Studio focuses on building your relationship with your dog and teaching the obedience and social skills. Our teaching methods of positive reinforcement to create a strong bond between you and your pet, much like a parent has with their child. We utilize the positive reinforcement method of rewarding your dog's good behavior and ignoring or redirecting their bad behavior. You can execute these methods at your home to continually improve their skills.
