On November 16, 1982 Peter Kim and his family arrived in New York from Seoul, Korea. On November 16, 2002, exactly 20 years to the date Peter opened Blue Finn Grill and Sushi. Peter's dream of opening a contemporary, yet approachable and affordable restaurant had become a reality.
