These folks proclaim free this and free that!! Yet management won't even extend the courtesy of returning a phone call/email to address a customer issue.

Apparently "quality pre-owned" isn't a thing at this dealer. Bought a pre-owned Ram 2500, and a have spent an additional $4000 fixing what they could not be bothered to check before it was sold to me.
