You can't miss the giant, record breaking pancake griddle on the side of the Mill. The Mill has been in continuous operation since 1797 and they are the #1 producer of buckwheat products. Purchase...

Buckwheat pancakes are sooo good. There is corn sugar in them... though. Was in Pen Yan, saw the griddle, braved pouring rain, but the mill was not selling and their retail shop down the street...
