Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Teachers of the classes are very helpful and nonjudgmental. My trainer has been very understanding. I've only good things to say about Best fitness.

low quality gym. Wasn't great when it opened and has gone downhill. Don't even go into the one on central it's truly disgusting.
