He will carefully inspect all the areas you want to have cleaned, completely explain the cleaning process to you and provide an estimate in writing before any work is started. He will move furniture where necessary, pre-vacuum, pre-treat all stains and pre-spray all traffic areas with detergent. His cleaning plant is truck mounted so only cleaning tools and hoses enter your home with Ron.
