Barchaa Peruvian Fusion Cuisine was born in 2016 in Brooklyn NY with the intention of bringing two different authentic flavors together, from the colonial cities of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and Peru. Creating a menu combining together the spices of the old world infused with the modern Asian-Infused culinary. Since its inception, this Peruvian Dominican restaurant concept will expanding in the near future. Barchaa Peruvian Fusion Cuisine, located on 567 Wilson Avenue corner of Eldert street in Brooklyn-Bushwick, NY, famous for its mouth-watering and unique innovative Latino cuisine, which combines traditional recipes with delicious new twists. Our chef Anthony Miranda creates all sauces from scratch, focuses on presentation and crafting our unique dishes.
