Westchester Institute-Human (WIHD) is a caring and comprehensive community resource that serves nearly 15,000 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as 350 vulnerable children. WIHD creates better futures for people with disabilities, vulnerable children, and their families by providing health and human services, professional education programs, technical assistance, research, and dissemination of information.
