I pick up my rx here once a month and I've always had the nicest encounters with the staff. They deliver but I happen to like walking into here. I love the old school vibe and pharmacy smell....

Not sure who does their customer service but wow that won't get you anywhere in life. I'd be upset too if I was answering phones for a living.
