Rafael was very helpful me and my wife came in to switch from T mobile to AT&T and he made the whole process smooth. very friendly staff.

Waited a half hour for a couple to finish doing a plan and the employee let an old lady in front of me to pay a bill and told me to wait again, horrible service do not come here.

Employees could be friendlier. Store is clean. Prices are a bit steep. Employees are knowledgeable though. Not their fault at&t has ridiculous policies in place.
