Areta Daria Podhorodecki, MD

Dr. Areta Podhorodecki is a musculoskeletal specialist, board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with specialty training in Sports Medicine and Electrodiagnostic Medicine (EMG). Her therapeutic approach focuses on restoration, incorporates exercise, physical therapy, posture re-education, stress reduction, ergonomics/biomechanics and patient wellness and education. She has special expertise in Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, pregnancy related pain and Women’s Health. She is an invited panel member of the Katz Institute for Women’s Health. She is also a certified (medical) Botox injector for chronic migraine, dystonia’s, facial pain/spasm syndromes and hyperhidrosis.
