They are always polite and can offer you the right amount of ice you need. Whenever we have parties we opt for the 40lb bags. And if necessary for long term cooling, will get a block or two on top.

If you order delivery paying by the pound order twice what you think you need. It's delivered in a bag. No precaution in the way of putting it in a cooler. By the time it arrives gets to you...

I love this place. Not only do they sell good quality ice, but they sell ice sculptures, ice luges and other items made of ice, This location is open for the public to pick up ice bags

I used these guys for my wedding and they came through in a big way! They hand carved a custom made ice luge sculpture for my wedding in Manhattan, then delivered it complete with a drainage tray...
