The America Works approach is random. Job placement staff has, in my experience, repeatedly failed to follow through on job leads that they claimed existed and which they could set of interviews...

This is a great organization if you use it for what it is supposed to be used for. They offer help with clothing, have sales staff helping with leads to jobs, seminars on resumes and interviewing....
