This walking tour will be led by retired New York City Detective and 9/11 first responder John Coghlan or a guide who has a personal connection with 9/11 who will share his first hand experience with you making your visit more personal and memorable than an independent walk. The tour will cover key sites of the 9/11 memorial including the Reflecting Pools, Fireman's Memorial, St. Paul's Chapel and the Survivor Tree.

LOVED this museum. Definitely something to go to. They had a lot of memorial pieces up from the building and other things that were found. It is sad to walk through but they did an awesome job !

Not sure how to explain the feeling of visiting this place. You can feel the sadness like if everything happened a few months ago. Please go visit.

Of all the museums I've visited. This one drew more emotion from me than any other. The displays are very well set up, and I highly recommend the self guided audio tour. May we never forget.
