Iced latte resembles a watered down iced coffee with lots of creamer from a Chinese bakery. For $5, I'll pass. #sorrynotsorry

Excellent iced cappuccinos. Spacious cafe that's very inviting with lots of seating. It's a very nice addition to the neighborhood.
