What is this.Dirty, Homeless man in the corner sleeping, and people yelling in the kitchen. Asked for a small and gave me a kiddy cup of ice cream. The food was so bad. Would not recommend.

Ridiculous wait time about seven employees.No one in lobby .Waited about 5 mins or more and no one acknowledged me . Didn't ask for order. Poor customer service. Left and just went to McDonald's
