Founded in 1995, Home Hospice of West Texas is one of the largest hospice service providers in the Permian Basin, Texas. The facility offers respite care, bereavement support, end-of-life planning and pain management services. It provides treatment for patients suffering from cancer, AIDS and Alzheimer s disease. Home Hospice of West Texas has a staff of physicians, nurses, counselors, therapists, social workers and volunteers. Its 24-hour staff of caregivers provides physical, social, psychological and spiritual support services. The facility is certified by the Community Health Accreditation Program. Home Hospice of West Texas maintains an office in Andrews, Texas that serves customers in Andrews, Gaines, Loving, Winkler and Yoakum counties in Texas.
