The St. Vrain Mill Preservation and Historical Foundation is dedicated to the preservation of the St. Vrain Mill, a significant historical structure built in 1864 by trader Ceran St. Vrain in Mora, New Mexico. This three-story stone mill, which once provided flour to Fort Union, has been neglected for decades but is undergoing restoration efforts spearheaded by community volunteers since its purchase in 2015.

Recognized on the National Register of Historic Places and listed among New Mexico's Most Endangered Historical Places, the Foundation has made significant strides in stabilizing the mill and restoring its architectural features. The ultimate goal is to transform the mill into a Mora Valley Heritage Center, celebrating the rich history of the families of Mora County.
