MountainView Medical Group Occupational Medicine 360 (OM 360) is the only dedicated occupational medicine office in Dona Ana County and the surrounding area. OM 360 strives to go above and beyond the call of duty to provide the best service for you and your employees. Our goal is to provide prompt and consistent communication with employers and insurance adjusters, and to provide: Patient Tracking System-We will be in communication with the referring doctor or facility to ensure the patient went to the appointment, and if not, OM 360 will relay information to the employer or adjuster. Stay-At-Work and Return-To-Work Policy-If the employer has a modified-duty policy for an injured employee, OM 360 will utilize that policy. In most cases, the quicker the employee goes back to work and continues to work, the faster he/she will return to a full-time, healthy, functional employee. Prompt and Punctual Appointments-Every effort will be made to ensure that employees will be promptly scheduled. If there is a missed appointment, the patient will be rescheduled within one to two business days. As a small specialty clinic, we are able to adjust our schedule to provide early-morning or late-afternoon appointments. For large groups of employees, we can provide exams at your workplace. OM 360 will provide 24-hour on-call drug screen service for established companies.
