We like to hit the HTeaO locations, they are consistent and standard, but cozy. The tea is always good. Staff in these locations are usually very nice with big smiles, this one was not...

Floors were not clean and super sticky! The girl (Kyah) at the register was rude. My kids were even nice to her and she was just rude. Good selection of tea. Just needs to be cleaned inside.
