I, Steve Sheldon, was locally raised and educated in the Albuquerque area. I graduated from Albuquerque's Eldorado High School and then went on to Graduate from the University of New Mexico's Anderson School of Management with a Major in Finance. I followed my education and entered the mortgage business in 1992. Since 1992, i have helped thousands of families achieve their goal of home ownership. I have helped buyers purchase their homes using many types of loans, i.e. Conventional, VA, FHA, FHA 203K, NMMFA, USDA, Section 8, and Conventional Rehab loans.
