Really slow service. You could run out of gas in the drive thru lane trying to make a loan payment. People are friendlier than the other branch though and the building is nice. Great service...

WORST credit union I've ever used. Their IT department is incompetent. Their customer service representatives don't know how to use their own system. Their ATMs sometimes won't work.

If I could give a negative star I would. My issue is I travel a lot out of state and I get paid by checks. I ask them if I can use their app to deposit checks and they said yes. My first attempt...

Tried to order checks but never got an answer on how to do it. A simple item letting you to enter info would be great. I entered www as shown on new order slip but never found where to enter request
