Better than expected. I visited during Christmas at opening time - about 10 am. It was well decorated, had a nice size crowd , looked clean. I sure do hope malls make a comeback!!

Beware. Great mall. I've been going regularly for years. But you really have to keep your eyes open. Aggressive panhandlers, some with dogs, frequently block the entrance and harass patrons....
