Santa Fe Properties was established back in 1986 by Wally Sargent, a fourth generation Santa Fean with over 30 years experience in real estate. Brett Hultberg has been a licensed agent since back in 2001. Brett started his business out in Tempe, AZ with Prudential for 8 years. He then moved on to form a Real Estate group which developed into one of the top teams in town, with the top brokerage in the Phoenix Metro Area, West USA Revelation (now Revelation Real Estate). Since then he has moved back to where he calls home, Santa Fe in 2012, where he grew up most of his life. He continues to be a top producing agent and his clients positive feedback speaks volumes for the way he conducts his business. In 2015 Brett and Associate Broker Danielle Burgess formed a team and in short time are considered one of the top Real Estate Teams in Santa Fe.
