GCL had annual revenues of over $40 million and more than 500 employees when it was purchased by BDM. After the sale to BDM, Mr. Gutierrez continued as president of BDM's environmental subsidiary until 1996 when he founded Geolex, Inc Geolex operates throughout the United States, Latin America and Europe from its headquarters in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The professional staff at Geolex includes hydrogeologists, engineers and scientists along with financial and business consultants who possess extensive experience in RCRA and CERCLA issues, cost allocation, compliance and acquisitions audits and litigation support.
