They were out of roast beef when I swung by for lunch. So their business model is to not have their primary ingredient available?

Extremely poor management. I'd suggest avoiding this particular Arby's. The Arby's in Los Lunas is much better.

How about you not tell people to pull up and clear orders off your screens, forgetting you have up to 4 cars waiting and then not even know what anyone's orders are just so your business numbers...
