With 14 years of experience in commercial insurance, I specialize in providing tailored insurance and risk management solutions for independent pharmacies. My passion for this work comes from deeply personal roots—when my mother was hit by a driver with minimal insurance coverage, she needed major surgery and spent eight weeks in a care facility. Financial ruin was a very real possibility. But thanks to my father’s belief in proper coverage and life insurance planning, we were protected—and my mother continues to live a good life because of it.

Michael Coughlin served 8 years in the Marine Corps and then 26 years in the insurance and financial planning industries. For the past 8 years, he has been a dedicated member of World Insurance, where he specializes in insurance, benefits, and retirement planning—particularly for members of trade associations. Michael is known for his disciplined approach, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to helping clients secure their financial futures.

Joe Amato Jr specializes in insurance for automotive service businesses for over 20 years. He has created and marketed products through automotive service trade associations.
