Always hot and fresh. Shame prices are up big time for a pretzel but sometimes you just have to treat yourself. Very friendly staff.

The man gave someone pretzels, when they complained saying it wasn't what they order, HE PUT THEM BACK, and gave it to the next customer who happened to purchase that pretzel. Disgusting.
